R&D Laboratory Analyst

1. Performs routine duties to conduct laboratory tests following standard procedures, including the selection of test equipment and instrumentation.
2. Assists with test data analysis and documents progress in laboratory notebooks and project reports.
3. Assists with maintenance of files and documentation related to chemicals, test procedures and laboratory equipment.
4. Responsibilities may include building and/or modifying non-routine prototypes, models, and special equipment and performance of tests/experiments as required. - Acquires basic knowledge of the agronomy products, processes, and their application.
5. Learns project management skills by participating in the performance of project activities under direct guidance of project leaders.
6. Demonstrates creativity and innovation by contributing ideas or new designs/techniques which accomplish project goals.
