We seek a highly skilled and creative R&D Beverage Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for developing and perfecting new beverage formulas, keeping up with industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring exciting and innovative products to market
Responsibilities
- Develop and create new beverage formulas.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beverage industry trends, ingredients, and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate the quality of ingredients to ensure they meet our standards.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage (e.g. graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, NHI, etc).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an R&D Mixologist in the Food and Beverages Industry.
- Experienced in creating recipes/formulas and menus for beverages (non-alcohol).
- Excellent understanding of flavor profiles, ingredient functionality, and recipe development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to be placed in our Head Office (Wu Tower) in Bandung, West Java.
