Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-year experience in Frozen Food is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food ingredients, formulation, and processing.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and quality control practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of R&D professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee the development and testing of new food products, from concept through to commercialization.
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant food safety and regulatory standards (e.g., BPOM, HALAL, СС , С ).
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct product evaluations, including sensory and shelf-life studies, to ensure quality and performance.
