R&D Supervisor

Job requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English verbal and writing.
• At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Has laboratory and computer work capabilities.
• understanding ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
• Not Colour Blind.
• Able to communicate both verbally and in writing, preferably mastering English

Job Description :

1. Conduct laboratory work in the form of trial materials and products and their variations to get optimal results according to the directions of
2. superiors in developing new products or as part of product improvement
3. Work with marketing and QC team to evaluate product performance as part of the input to make product improvement
4. Provide working Instruction and monitor the operation of advanced laboratory instruments
5. Developing, improving, and reviewing Mortar Product
6. Supervise R&D Staff in examining Material performance
7. Coordinate with either the R&D team or relevant department related to any new project
8. Supervise R&D Staff in examining Raw materials and additives, analyzing the result, reporting, and providing recommendation
9. Provide working Instruction and monitor the operation of advanced laboratory instruments
