RBVE Manager

1. Min. 7 years experience, including 5 years in relevant managerial position

2. Knowledge of Recovery Boiler / Vacuum Evaporator pocess

1. Plan, organize, and control Recovery Boiler & Vacuum Evaporator machine operation to produce electricity in accordance with SOP

2. Plan and coordinate inspection of equipment, workplace cleanliness and 6K of RBVE area

3. Increase abnormality follow up to related personnel to prevent loss time occurrence

4. Execute improvement/automation action plan from reviewing current business processes for continuous performance excellence

5. Execute implementation sustainability management (ISO, EMS, Safety, MBOS, etc) to make business sustainable and continuous improve

6. Organize energy and steam consumption of machine operation and improve its performance to achieve low carbon emission

7. Lead shift group meetings every time

8. Lead and instruct process operators (e.g., sample taking, 6K, & TPM Implementation)

9. Responsible, leading and directing subordinates to protect the environment from oil spills, chemical spills, coal ash piles

10. Responsible, leading and directing subordinates in maintaining the required level of safety standards for all areas of the Recovery Boiler

11. Assisting in the career development of subordinates
