The Real Estate Agents at Fullers Properties is responsible for managing and representing property listings to attract potential buyers, a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Listing Agent to assist property owners in selling their properties and buyers to secure their ideal investment property.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market or willing to learn, excellent communication skills, and a proven sales track record. As a Real Estate Agent, you will generate new listings/ new buyers and guide clients through the selling process.
This role involves market analysis, property valuation, and effective communication with clients to facilitate successful property transactions. The Real Estate Agent plays a crucial role in promoting properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring a positive experience for buyers and sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Valuation and Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough property evaluations to determine market value.
- Analyze local real estate market trends and provide insights to clients.
Listing Management:
- Create and manage property listings on various platforms, including the company website, MLS, and other online portals.
- Develop compelling property descriptions and marketing materials.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to clients on the status of their listings and market activity.
- Collaborate with other agents, lenders, attorneys, and service providers to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets, including submitting a minimum of 9 new listings per week.
Client Consultation:
- Coordinate showings and open houses to showcase properties to prospective buyers.
- Consult with property owners to understand their goals and expectations.
- Provide guidance on preparing properties for listing, including staging and repairs.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients and property owners.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for listed properties.
- Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional methods, to maximize property exposure.
- Utilize your knowledge of the local real estate market to provide accurate property valuations
Lead Generation:
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about available properties.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Actively seek potential buyers through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential buyers and provide detailed property information.
Negotiation and Transaction Management:
- Negotiate and finalize property transactions, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate and manage the entire transaction process, including inspections, appraisals, and closing with fellow team members and contribute to the achievement of team targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their property listings.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales experience with an excellent track record.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and property laws or willing to learn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in real estate software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools would be ideal.
