The Opportunity:

The Receptionist will be responsible for overall reception duties in a professional and responsive manner and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will manage scheduling of conference rooms and ensure meeting connections go smoothly

Key Qualifications, Skills & Experiences:

• A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience preferably in a professional services environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong telephone manners and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Flexible to work after hours and on weekends/public holidays if required.
• Working proficiency of English and be able to work in a multicultural environment where English is the primary language of communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quick adaption to new systems.
