Futake Indonesia is a metal and machining manufacturing company with over a decade of experience. We specialize in the production of street and pedestrian furniture products, including public street lighting poles, directional signs, street signs, bollards, chairs, gardens, trash cans, speed bumps, antique fences, grills, manhole covers, gratings, and more. Additionally, we have a machine production line where we innovate and create custom assembly machine products to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in various industries.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Futake Indonesia in Klaten. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. The role involves conducting interviews, reviewing resumes, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruiting process. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, managing job postings, and assisting with onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with hiring managers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience using applicant tracking systems or recruiting software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial
