Sourcing Savvy:
Utilize A Variety Of Sourcing Techniques To Identify And Attract Qualified Candidates For Open Positions.
Leverage Online Platforms, Professional Networks, And Industry Resources To Build A Strong Candidate Pool.
Research And Understand The Specific Skills And Experience Required For Each Role.Candidate Qualification Champion:
Conduct Initial Screenings To Assess Candidate Suitability Based On Job Descriptions And Company Requirements.
Schedule And Conduct Preliminary Interviews To Gather Further Details And Evaluate Qualifications.
Partner With The Recruitment Team To Qualify Candidates For Further Consideration.Pipeline Powerhouse:
Contribute To Building And Maintaining A Robust Candidate Pipeline For Future Hiring Needs.
Develop Strategies To Proactively Engage With Passive Candidates And Build Long-term Relationships.
Assist In Organizing And Maintaining Candidate Information Within Our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Business Acumen:
Gain A Comprehensive Understanding Of The Recruitment Process And Its Role Within The Organization.
Observe And Learn About Different Recruitment Methodologies And Strategies.
Develop A Strong Understanding Of Our Company Culture And Values To Effectively Connect With Candidates.
Job Requirements:
Current enrollment in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related program (or recent graduate).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on active listening and relationship building.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
A passion for research and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
A genuine interest in the recruitment field and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
