Job Description

Job Description:

  • Perform sourcing to fill vacant positions and anticipate future needs based on the hiring plan
  • Conduct recruitment and selection process (interviews, screening call, psychotest, skill test, etc)
  • Established relationships with hiring manager to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment activity
  • Creativity scout talent on LinkedIn as well as other sources

Qualification:

  • Minimal Bachelor Degree (Psychology)
  • At least 3 years experience of end to end recruitment
  • Have good understanding in selection method, proficient in utilizing of job boards and social media
  • Work effectively in a fast paced recruitment
  • Well organized, self dicipline, good strategic thinking
  • Willing to be placed in HO Jakarta (WFO), Cilincing
  • Contract 4 month (Temporary Maternity Leave)
