Create and publish job ads in various portals
Screen resumes and job applications
Manage candidate interview and provide the interview results as appropriate
Track applicant flow, maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration, help collect and analyze recruitment data
Build and maintain database of recruitment
Host and participate in job fairs
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
Hands-on experience with job platform
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites
English communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office system and Google workspace
Strong interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
