Requirements- Bachelor degree in one of this major; Psychology or Management
Experience as a recruiter min 1 year- Understand the flow of the recruitment process to offering
Have excellent communication, creative problem-solving skills, and relationship building
- Proactive and have high initiative
Conduct end to end recruitment process for project employee
- Search candidate from various method
Perform background check if needed- Assessing candidates skill and experience to best suit for the vacant position
