Region Business Head (Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

• Lead all Lazada operations in Surabaya, including demand generation, supply chain optimization, and local customer service improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key local sellers, distributors, and business stakeholders to strengthen Lazada's presence in Surabaya.
• Design and execute a strategic expansion roadmap, focusing on regional growth and enhancing seller and customer satisfaction.
• Manage OKRs and customer satisfaction to meet regional targets.
• Partner with central teams to align local campaigns, logistics, and promotions with Lazada's overarching strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience
• Proven experience in leadership and managing regional areas.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory for effective cross-functional communication.
• Strong understanding of market strategy and analytical capabilities to drive growth.
• Familiarity with the regional business landscape, including influential stakeholders and market dynamics.
• Experience in process optimization to enhance regional performance and address service delivery needs.
