Job Description
Benefit Strategy and Analysis:
. Develop and implement benefit plans aligned with the company's objectives.
. Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure competitive pay practices
. Manage annual benefit reviews (i.e health insurance renewal)
. Design and evaluate benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
Business Partnering:
. Liaise with vendors (i.e insurance providers, brokers) to ensure that our benefits are implemented accordingly.
. Provide guidance and support on benefit matters during the hiring process, promotions, transfers, and restructures, ensuring alignment with company policies and strategies.
Compliance and Reporting
. Develop and update benefit related policies/ guidelines to ensure they remain align with the Company's direction
. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all markets Traveloka has workforce.
Continuous Improvement
. Conduct benefit analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
. Stay updated on benefit trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
