Job Description:
- Responsible to developed the overall bancassurance business with monitor and execute all strategic sales plans and activities to ensure comply with local regulations and compliance to achieve bank partners target.
- Manage & engage bank partner relationship to ensure smooth running in delivering targets and created customers gathering with bank partners.
- Responsible to review sales performance, supervising and develop sales strategy development team (coaching clinic & sales, sales techniques, objection handling).
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or marketing major
- Have more than 10 Years experience in bancassurance sales area
- Strong leadership skills, selling skills, persuasive and good abilities to translate data into action
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications skills
