Reporting to Senior Manager, Partnership Distribution Training. This position is for support golden agreement & responsible to manage as well as coordinate training and development activities at distribution (customer service) CIMB Niaga area II (Java & IBN Area)

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilits (titre)

• Conduct insurance basic knowledge to help prepare licensed AAJI & AASI, conduct development for CS with fundamental knowledge on bancassurance business & Conduct Enhancement Development, Creating selling habit in CS area and More than 80% offline session

• Carry out initiatives that can support business growth, especially in terms of activity, CS productivity & CS active

• Design and create a DRSM development program in

• Responsible for managing special projects on the channel concerned

• Design and create training materials as needed

• Conduct basic training, development for IA and ASM NBC Channel, monitoring IA performance by productivity active IA, ticket size and persistency.
