Job Description :
Acquire new merchants located in outside Jakarta area & ensure to activated the merchants with their first transaction in Kredivo
Building & maintaining relationship with external team (Brands or distributors) for merchant acquisition or expansion purpose
Lead the meeting with area sales leader and merchant tele sales team & maintaining all dashboard or details overview related to the merchant acquisition purpose
Coordinate with merchant ops team to request training, POSM or field trainer to ensure the merchant create a transaction
Creating offline activation or gathering & invite potential merchant to be onboard in area
Have a deep understanding of both our product and the partner's product in order to create successful partnership.
Constantly monitoring sales productivity with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
Identify potential opportunities, create innovative strategies, and implement them to increase powerful sales
Collaborate with internal team (Product, Marketing, Growth, etc) to create an effective strategy qualifications.
Qualifications :
Min. 3+ years of experience in sales, acquisition, business development or partnership role, preferably from financial services industry.
Bachelor's degree from any major.
Proven ability to handle a fast-paced projects inside sales organization.
Proven successful experience in acquiring new merchant
Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline through leading outbound prospecting teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Energetic, mature, accountable, Self-driven, and fast learner.
Based in Jakarta but need to go to outside Jakarta for business travel required
