This Function Operates Within The Regional Operations Center Of Excellence, Primarily Focusing On Orchestrating Enhancement Of Process And System/ Product For Backend Operations Services That Support Various Business Units In Grab. We Are a Team That

Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Regional Operations Assistant Manager with primary responsibility to oversee the GrabRewards campaign setup, management and redemption process regionally and ad hoc for countries,. You are expected to ensure seamless creation, maintenance and redemption of Grab Rewards within the Grab ecosystem, contributing to the success of our operations. You will report to the Manager, and will work onsite in our Grab Jakarta office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Oversee the end-to-end process of GrabRewards campaign operations across all countries. This includes:
- Manage catalog submissions or amendments following contract obligations, pricing compliance, and data integrity controls.
- Ensure processing and publication of catalog submissions or amendments within Service level agreement (SLA).
- Handle escalation of support tickets related to rewards
- Support the business team on ad hoc tasks or campaigns related to rewards operations
- Implement strategies and procedures to improve process efficiency, improve turnaround time, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
- Establish a structured and effective process framework to engage stakeholders, listen to their needs and feedback, and maintain clear alignment.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams across all Grab markets to streamline cross-functional workflows impacting GrabRewards campaign setup.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout all processes.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's/Master's degree preferably in management, business, public administration, or engineering
- Min. 3+ years of experience in operations or a similar field
- Experience managing and improving processes or similar operational workflows
- Can engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals across different team
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, pays attention to detail, and a focus on process optimization.
- Good to have: familiarity with process excellence and owning operational standard operations procedures, experience managing a team, experience owning team SLA and KPIs
