Job Description:
- Building communication with Sales Team, gaining insight regarding issues in store.
- Responsible for creating report regarding achievement, attendance, daily report sales, cost ratio rate and Sales Team productivity rate.
- Have good analyze and strategy for managing Sales Team to increase good performance and GMV.
- Organizing data to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Coordinating with every stakeholder (Salesman, Area Sales Supervisor, and Area Sales Manager).
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if request.
- Analyzing sales performances.
- Giving insights to the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree from reputable university.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales operations, sales analyst, or a similar role from FMCG/Retail company.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to use an advanced skill in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Looker Studio
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Familiarity with data analyzing
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to join ASAP
- Willing to follow 100% WFO policy (Location: Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan)
