Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of automotive loan sales representatives
Motivate and inspire team to achieve individual and team goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners and auto lenders within the assigned region
Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities
Negotiate and close automotive loan deals with dealerships and individual customers
Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of our automotive loan programs
Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
Develop and implement sales action plans to address regional sales challenges
Travel throughout the assigned region to meet with dealers and customers
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or above, any major
Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in sales management function (handling area within Jabodetabek) from automotive loan/leasing/multifinance company (specifically 2 wheeler/motorcycle category)
Good Bahasa Indonesia, English skill will be plus and preferable
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
