On Behalf of our client, a leading FMCG company in Indonesia, specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality flour products. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our client dynamic team and drive sales growth within your assigned region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with the company's overall sales objectives for the flour product line.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management specific to selling flour products within the FMCG landscape.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within the assigned region, including distributors, bakers, industrial users, and relevant FMCG channels.
- Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve sales targets for our flour products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies specific to the FMCG flour market.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts for flour products, ensuring adherence to company pricing and terms.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics for flour products to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee inventory management of flour products within the region to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts.
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports specific to flour product sales for analysis and decision-making.
- Travel throughout the assigned region to meet with clients, participate in industry events (as needed), and represent the company's flour offerings within the FMCG sector.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the FMCG industry, with a strong focus on selling food and beverage products.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth specifically for flour products within the FMCG market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the FMCG channel.
- Data-driven approach with a knack for analyzing market trends and understanding the specific needs of FMCG flour users.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
- Experience in the flour milling industry, particularly within the FMCG sector, is a strong asset.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and strong English communication skills.
