WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A Regional Sales Manager is accountable for achieving the regional sales and profitability goals for his/her specific territory. Along with this, the RSM must also combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset. Ultimately, the RSM ensures that the region meets and exceeds expectations of Totolink business objectives and contribute to our company's success in the long run.
WHAT YOUR FUTURE LOOKS LIKE:
- Achieve the Region's Revenue and profitability for Totolink Products as they are sold into all Totolink B2B Channel within Region. Established an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
- Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
- Efficiently manages the regionals multiple relationships, while working in conjunction with the other Totolink business teams and Totolink Partner Program, to ensure attention and growth with focus accounts.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identifying trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
- Special Projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience: Networking industry or related industry preferred
- Minimum 4-5 years college
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Based in specified region
- Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working Knowledge of B2B Market segment within an assigned sales territory
- Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
- Strong closing skills, with proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills
- Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers
- Familiarity in measuring and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM
- Manage and follow a consistent travel schedule.
