Regional SCM Analyst

Job Description Summary :

Perform logistics analysis, planning, communications, execution monitoring, troubleshooting, and logistics coordination on certain units to support the commercial activities of Palm, Lauric, and Biodiesel Trading from Downstream Trading and GAR in order to be effective, efficient and meet Customer Service Level

Job Description:

1. Collect information of commercial and origination from export sales and local sales, GAR destination and Trading Downstream
2. Link local and export sales business operation needs, both in quantity and quality, to the various units and departments concerned
3. Collect information on production capacity and operational conditions of Unit and Operation Downstream
4. Collect forecast information and production projections to help GAR and Downstream Trading in making sales
5. Coordinate with PPIC for local and export sales cargo planning supported by operational data of jetty and refinery
6. Coordinate with Trader for the strategy to be executed, taking into account the market situation, stock and production position, and export plan
7. Coordination with Upstream for stock availability in bulking and production conditions of the garden for certified and non-certified products
8. Coordinate with Team Operational Support and Logistics regarding warehouse rental and bulking, land logistics, and marine logistics
9. Establish a Trading logistics plan based on the information that has been collected and monitor the execution of the planning based on consideration of the condition of the Downstream Unit.
10. Identify problems and potential problems with logistics planning and provide alternative solutions for improvement
11. Perform required various actions to support any strategic decisions made in order to improve the flow of work and efficiency of Trading

Job requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as an Analyst. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Numerical Proficiency
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
• Full-Time position(s) available.
