Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving sales targets from each region with good sales quality as desired by the company, with details as below:

  • Achieve Sales Target (by Region)
  • Increase Active Sellers and Productivity of Bank Staff
  • Responsible to Daily Sales Monitoring by Region and Area,
  • Responsible for campaign socialization and monitoring
  • Join Visit for group presentation
  • Follow up sales process and responsible for sales quality.
  • Monitoring and executing sales strategies, and conducting regular reviews
  • Ensuring all Bank Partner teams can carry out sales together according to the agreed targets

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum Bachelor-Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years as Agency Business Development
  • Good communication skills, positive thinking and able to solve agency problems, able to motivate, conduct training and make presentation materials properly and correctly
  • Have an experience in leading a team
  • English proficiency

On the Job You Will

  • Achieve Sales Target (Sales Activities Penetration , Agency Activation)
  • Increase Manpower through Creative Recruitment Activities (BOS, NEXT etc)
  • Development Team Agency ( Evaluation , Training , Promotion Class )
  • Develop Core Agents ( Increase SFP , MDRT )
  • Drive Agency Initiatives
  • Maintain and Develop Quality business (Reinstate , Legal and Compliance)
  • Personal Development (Mastery Agency Compensation, Career, Reward and Product
  • Measuring and Reporting
