Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack products and solutions
Exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers
Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deals
Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms
Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission
Use CRM to full potential to report, measure and control sales inputs and outcomes
Requirements:
A strong background in new business accounts acquisition
You are a self-starter with stellar sales track records for SaaS solutions
Hunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities
Has minimum 3 years of experience in sales field (B2B) in Automotive, Logistic, Transportation, IT Company.
Has good database for automotive/logistics/transportation/mining, etc.
Prospecting & cold calling experience
A driven personality and eager to explore new business opportunities
Good communication & listening skills to understand a customers needs and tailor a relevant pitch
Resilience to always go to the extra mile to close the deals
Work-based in Surabaya (East Java)
Good communication skills in English (in order to work with English speaking colleagues and stakeholders)
