Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strategic relationships with banks, non-bank financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business objectives, addressing inquiries, and providing timely support and guidance.
Product and Service Promotion: Educate clients on Credit Bureau Malaysia's products, services, and offerings, highlighting their value propositions and benefits.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with client relationships.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing regular reports and presentations to assess client satisfaction, retention, and overall business performance.
  • Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, business development, or sales within the financial services industry, preferably in fintech or credit reporting.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, credit risk management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,
  • 00 - RM7,500.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Fixed shift
Monday to Friday
