What You'll Do:
Client Acquisition and Retention
- Identify and onboard new HNWI clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Develop personalized financial plans and investment strategies for clients.
Financial Advisory
- Provide tailored advice on a range of financial products, including time deposit, CASA, mortgage, and investment
- Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and services to offer relevant advice.
Portfolio Management
- Monitor and manage clients investment portfolios.
- Recommend adjustments based on market conditions, financial goals, and risk tolerance.
Cross-Selling and Upselling
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell bank products and services such as loans, credit cards, and mortgages.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions.
Customer Service:
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide regular updates on portfolio performance and financial plans.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master Degree and Overseas graduates preferred)
- Advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are highly desirable.
- Several years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing HNWI clients and meeting financial targets.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with high-profile clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and market information.
