Job Description:
Our client is a prominent real estate and property development company in Indonesia, known for its extensive portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients/investor to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
Assisting clients/investor needs and concerns and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
Research and book transportation, accommodations, and other travel-related services for business trips or personal vacations
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field is typically required.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
Tolerance to alcohol.
Ability to provide good service in a professional manner to investors/owners.
Understanding of hotel reservation processes and entertainment venues such as karaoke, golf, restaurants, etc.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
