Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations on the collectability of the credit portfolio by focusing on credit analysis, documentation, and established reserves.
Perform account management for non-performing loans.
Create credit analyses as a basis for credit restructuring recommendations, considering business prospects and customer characteristics.
Establish and maintain relationships with notaries, lawyers, and other judicial institutions within the scope of resolving non-performing loans.
Provide periodic reports on transferred credits.
Transfer rehabilitated credits back to the Lending Officer.
Foster communication and provide support to other divisions and work units to achieve effective cross-functional collaboration.
Implement Risk Management within the scope of assigned duties.
Ensure the implementation of a system to improve the quality of the bank's credit portfolio.
Manage credits delegated by the Lending Officer.
Maintain the equipment and inventory within the Remedial Department.
Requirement
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from reputable university.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude.
At least 4 years of experience in special asset management, remedial, collection, or recovery within the banking industry.
Proven track record in managing non-performing loans.
Possess Certification of BSMR / LSPP Level
Have Restructuring Experience for Commercial / SME / FI.
Knowing about auction process, Asset Sale Skill.
