The Role

Overview

We are seeking a talented Brand Copywriter to create compelling and on-brand messaging that connects with our audience and supports our business goals. As the voice of the brand, you will produce engaging content for various platforms, including digital ads, social media, email campaigns, website copy, and more. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer with a knack for storytelling, a deep understanding of brand positioning, and the ability to tailor tone and style to different audiences. If you have a passion for writing and love creating impactful content, this is the role for you.

Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST/PST

Scope Of Work

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all communication channels.
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital ads, email campaigns, social media posts, website pages, and blog articles.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop messaging for brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
  • Craft compelling narratives that communicate the brand's values and resonate with target audiences.
  • Partner with digital marketing teams to create SEO-friendly content that drives traffic and improves search rankings.
  • Research target audiences to create content that speaks directly to their needs, preferences, and challenges.
  • Contribute to content strategies that align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Review and refine copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to keep the brand relevant.

Ideal Profile

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in branding, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and formats, including digital, print, and social media content.
  • Ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Understanding of brand strategy and the role of copy in shaping brand perception.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and experience writing optimized web content.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Grammarly, WordPress and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and content management systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with content marketing and social media management tools.
  • Knowledge of UX writing and creating user-centered content for websites or apps.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven copy improvements.
