Support Workshop and Rental a fleet of pump and matches availability with customer requirements and needs.
Responsible for meeting/communication the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer's equipment, and acting as Company Representative
Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.
Ensure the rental operation runs efficiently.
Interacts with clients in-person and on the phone ensuring high-quality service and excellent overall customer experience.
Arranges for the rental of pumps, including all necessary paperwork.
Works with shop personnel, as well as takes ownership and all steps necessary, to ensure pumps are client-ready, on-time.
Ensures high-quality customer satisfaction and overall positive customer experience.
Resolve customer complaints to their satisfaction with KSB policies and procedures.
