Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and APAC R&D teams to identify and translate customer needs into new product opportunities.
- Implement new product development plans and localize technology.
- Design product formulations, conduct cost analysis, and provide process training.
- Organize sensory tastings, product evaluations, and data analysis.
Qualifications:
- University BSc degree in food science, food engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of R&D experience in processed meat products.
- Networking skills to access new flavoring, ingredients, and processing technology.
- Passion for cooking and exploring different cuisines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
