Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management:
Manage and mentor a team of researchers, chemists, and technicians.
Product Development:
Oversee the development of new grease formulations to meet market demands and regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis and testing of existing products for continuous improvement.
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor R&D projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate R&D initiatives into the overall business strategy.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to address and resolve any product quality issues.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
Translate market insights into actionable R&D strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Good knowledge about Saponification process- Proven experience in grease formulation and research and development within the lubricants industry
Proven experience in refinery process
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent project management abilities.- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
