Research and Development Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Conducting product and packaging development for wheat flour
• Creating reports related to product development trials
• Coordinating with QA/QC and Technical departments regarding product development activities
• Responsible for creating and monitoring the production of pre-fillers and filler additives
• Supervising staff in the process of developing new products

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Food Technology/Chemistry
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an R&D Supervisor in a wheat flour/premix company
• Knowledge of wheat flour production processes and basic wheat characteristics
• Able to create basic end-product applications for wheat flour (bread, noodles, and cakes)
• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed at the Medan Factory
