Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and external parties to propose packaging innovation ideas.
- Conduct research for continuous improvement of existing packaging.
- Supervise and conduct trials of packaging development for lab and production scale.
- Ensure that the packaging materials used are in accordance with the quality and food safety requirements.
- Conduct product shelf life testing.
- Develop packaging material specifications, BOM, and documentation related to packaging development.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree of Food Technology/Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience as a R&D Packaging.
- Understand basic food packaging material & specification
- Understand technical drawing and project management.
- Mastering quality and food safety standards: ISO, Food Safety (BRC, ISO 22000), HACCP, VACCP.
- Proficiency in drawing software such as CAD/Adobe Photoshop/AI.
- Intermediate English skill both oral and written.
- Willing to be placed in Greenlake, Tangerang.
