Responsibilities:
- Develop competency-based training modules.
Collaborate wuth Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop training materials.- Create training evaluation instruments.
Conduct research for training materials.
- Design training programs.
Recap training reports.- Facilitate training activities.
Implement effective training methods.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or any relevant educational field.
At least 1 year experience in Learning & Development or Training & Development (Freshgraduate are welcome).- Proficient in training module development, end-to-end training processes, Training Needs Analysis, and training evaluation.
Knowledge about SKKNI.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
