Job Description
- Plan and execute user research activities such as usability testing, user interviews, surveys, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and ethnographic studies to gather deep insights into user behavior and preferences.
- Collaborate with designers to provide research-based recommendations that inform design decisions, improve user experience, and ensure usability.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from diverse data sources and inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into all aspects of project development and execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Market Research, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in UX research and a strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Experience in market research is a plus.
- Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., usability testing platforms, survey tools, statistical analysis software). Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa) with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with professionals from various disciplines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
