- Regularly prepare reseller sales reports.
- Develop strategies and creative promotional ideas to attract more people to become resellers.
- Prepare pricing offers and negotiate with potential resellers.
- Analyze reseller sales data.
- Address, respond to, and provide solutions for reseller inquiries or complaints.
- Create and deliver reports related to customer interactions.
- Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in any field.
- Experience in reseller management or related areas.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, friendly, and responsive.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing or customer support, particularly in Reseller Systems and Reseller Relationship Management.
- Experienced in handling resellers and capable of effective communication.
- Ability to market products to potential resellers.
- Communicative and possessing strong analytical skills.
