Role Description

This is a hybrid role, based in Denpasar with work from home flexibility. As a Reservation team, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day reservation tasks including managing bookings, coordinating with customers and partners, providing excellent customer service, and promoting sales.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations

Experience in the travel and tourism industry

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Sales and upselling techniques

Attention to detail and work accurately

Positive attitude, proactive, flexible, motivated and creative

Fluent in English and computer literate is a must

Living in Denpasar, Bali
