Nestled along the breathtaking Bali coastline, we provide a one-of-a-kind party atmosphere that leaves our guests craving for more.
- Location: Bali, Indonesia
Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online booking systems
- Provide information about club amenities, services, availability, and rates
Assist guests in making, modifying, and canceling reservations- Ensure accurate entry of reservation details into the booking system
Communicate special requests or preferences to relevant departments (e.g., seating preferences, dietary restrictions)
- Upsell additional services or packages to enhance the guest experience
Resolve guest inquiries, issues, or complaints in a timely and professional manner- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of club policies, events, and promotions
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., food and beverage, guest services) to ensure seamless operations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with reservation systems and booking software
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred
