- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelors degree or equivalent in
Hotel Management or related field
- Obtain upselling and sales skills
- Strong at OTA (Airbnb), booking and reservation
- Strong administration skill with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills both
written or verbal
- Show a professional and friendly manner on the telephone and
face-to-face contact with guests
- Able to build a rapport with colleagues and management staff
- Must possess ability to coordinate multiple tasks
