We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Staff to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth booking operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
  • Confirm bookings and ensure accurate data entry of guest information.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing guest queries and requests professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, etc.) to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Monitor room availability and booking status, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Process payments and handle guest billing inquiries.
  • Assist in developing promotional offers and special packages.
