Reservation Supervisor to bring their energy and enthusiasm to create unforgettable service and party experiences for our guests.

- Location: Bali, Indonesia
Lead, train, and mentor the reservations team to ensure high performance and adherence to club standards
- Schedule and manage staffing to ensure adequate coverage for peak and off-peak times
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members- Oversee the daily operations of the reservation desk, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of bookings
Monitor and manage reservation systems to optimize occupancy and revenue
- Handle complex or high-priority reservations and inquiries
Ensure that guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service- Address and resolve guest issues or complaints in a timely manner
Communicate guest preferences and special requests to relevant departments
- Develop and implement procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the reservation process
Ensure the reservation team is knowledgeable about the clubs offerings and policies- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in the reservation system
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hospitality reservation role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position- Experience in a luxury or high-end beach club, resort, or hotel is preferred
Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with reservation and property management systems- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
