Job Description

We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details:

Summaries of responsibilities:

  • Handling reservations and bookings
  • Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities
  • Manage incoming calls, message, emails and respond to guest inquiries
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information

Requirements


  • Only for Indonesian Citizen
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to adapt or respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Familiar with Property Management System (PMS) and Channel Manager is a plus
  • Diploma in Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
