Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Manager at Mari Beach Club. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, communicating with guests, driving sales, and conducting training sessions for host and reservation staff.

• Reservations, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Sales and Training expertise
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles
• Knowledge of reservation systems and software
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
