The General Manager Project is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a project within an organization. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing project activities to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare plans and work stages (master schedule) for the construction of landed projects
- Manage projects to achieve specified targets (time, quality and cost).
- Propose contractors, applicators, suppliers, vendors according to the standards and criteria company.
- Evaluate the performance of contractors, applicators, suppliers, vendors regularly.
- Propose Specifications and working methods.
- Check progress reports from Project Manager and provide briefings or corrections.
- Structuring Manpower Planning.
- Design and review SOPs.
- Directing and developing team capabilities to be better and more efficient.
Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor degree from majoring in Civil Engineering / Architecture
- Minimum 4 years experiences as Project Management General Manager, especially landed projects (housing / commercial), preferably experience in property developers.
- Have a good communication skill, leadership and good appearance.
- Understand about work methods, making reports and manage large teams
