We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Resort Manager to join at luxury villa in Uluwatu, Bali.
Job description: As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the resort. This includes overseeing staff, ensuring high standards of guest service, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to enhance the resort's profitability and reputation. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for guests and ensuring that all aspects of the resort run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and Oversee daily operations of the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, activities, and maintenance departments.
Ensure all departments work harmoniously to provide an exceptional guest experience.- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly.
Train, manage & supervise resort staff. Develop schedules, set performance goals, and provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure a motivated and effective team.
- Manage the resorts budget, including monitoring expenses, revenue, and profitability.
Engage with guests to build relationships and foster loyalty.- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements:- Proven 3-5 years of experience as resort manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), booking engines, and other resort management software. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
