OPERATIONS MANAGER_
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
Wide Knowledge of Resort Operations, Understanding of Businesses Needs
Minumum 3 to 5 Years, Previous Working Experience as an Operations Manager in a Luxury Resort
Leadership and Organisational Skills
Experience in Providing Excellent Guest Service
Experience in Handling Maintenance and Projects
Technical Understanding and Experience Sourcing Items
Flexible, Attention to Detail and Problem Solving Skills
Experience in Training Staff
Computer Literate
Willing to Work on a Small Island
_Service Charge, Insurance, Meals and Accommodation will be Provided_
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sulawesi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
