Position: Resource Estimator and Resource Modeller.

Location: Lelilef Village, Weda District, Central Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province, Indonesia.

Established on August 30, 2018, IWIP is a National Priority Project and one of Indonesia's National Strategic Projects. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Resource Estimator and Resource Modeller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the quantity and quality of resources within our mining projects and developing comprehensive resource models to guide our mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough geological assessments and surveys to estimate resource quantities.
• Develop and maintain resource models to support mining operations and planning.
• Analyze geological data and interpret findings to guide resource estimation processes.
• Collaborate with geological, engineering, and environmental teams to ensure accurate resource modelling.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on resource estimates and modelling results.
• Utilize specialized software for resource estimation and modelling.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree In Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in resource estimation and modelling within the mining industry.
• Expertise in geological modeling software (e.g., Surpac, Vulcan, or similar).
• Proficiency in GIS software and databases.
• Knowledge of geostatistics and resource estimation techniques.
• Strong ability to analyze geological data and create accurate resource models.
