Restaurant & Bar Manager to join the team in
Berawa, Bali.
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff, including training, scheduling and performance evaluations
Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue, improve efficiency and maintain high standards- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and seasonal offerings
Maintain inventory, control cost, and optimize profitability
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
Preferably Bali-based- Proven experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager
Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of food and beverage trends, safety protocols, and industry best practices
- Job placement in Berawa, Canggu, Bali
